Soccer Party

I made this for the end of the year soccer party for my daughter's team. I know i did the ball right becuase the girls all thought it was a real ball. They were all suprised when I cut it and it was chocolate cake.

Halloween Cupcakes and Homemade Doughnuts

Here are the Halloween Cupcakes I did for twins, celebrating their 5th Birthday on Halloween! I did cauldrons, mummies, frankensteins, and witches... I think they turned out really well. Our family traditions is also to make homemade doughnuts while we carve the pumpkin. This works out well for me becuase then I can bake and don't have to carve the nasty pumkin!

Cub Scout Flags and Nacho Libre!

The sugar cookie flags were for scouts and the Nacho Libre Wrestling cake was for the cutest one year old! His mom and dad are going to dress him like Nacho for Halloween, so I tried to make the character look like him in costume. It was white with raspberry filling. I used a new fondant that is berry flavored. The kids said they liked it.....

Piping Agony!

In an attempt to practice my piping skill I decided to do paisley. Well after many attempts I think it turned out ok. The cake is strawberry buttercream. It was for a sweet 15 year old who shattered her foot in soccer and had to get rods put in. OUCH. Hope the cake helped!

Catch A Wave

This cake was inspired by my cousin's genius and for the cutest little 13 year old's birthday. It was so fun to sculpt all the toys and animals.

Ballet Cake

This cake was for the end of the year party at my daughter's dance class. It was chocolate with raspberry filling. The shoes were gumpaste and fondant.

End of the Year Cake Mania

The ladybugs went on cupcakes with grass for preschool graduation. The preschool's name us "Little Bugs Preschool", thus the lady bug theme. I didn't get a picture of the actual cupcakes, and the bugs were made very quickly at the last minute so some of them look a little drunk with wierd eyes. :) The little cakes were gifts to my kid's amazing teachers. They are all 6 inch chocolate fudge with rasperry and milk chocolate crunch filling. The bows are buttercream fonderific. I you have not tried it, it is really good, much better flavor than normal fondant.

Baby Blessing and 4 Year old Princess

The farm cake was for the baby blessing of my nephew! Cutest baby ever (except my own babies of course:)) The crown cake was for a 4 year old's birthday party. The crown is gumpaste and hand painted. The cake is chocolate with strawberry and milk chocoalte crunch filling.

Luggage and Basket of Gerber Daisies

This cake is so yummy. It was for a baptism and all the decorations were Gerber daisies so I made the cake to match. It is chocolate with strawberry filling and milk chocolate crunch! Flowers dusted with luster so they sparkle.

This cake was for my daughter's birthday party. She took a trip around the world. It is all frosting including the hadle and tag! In different colors this would be a perfect cake for going away parties college acceptence, or missionary farewells!

Celestial Road And Rock Hero Cakes

This cake was for a church young women's group. The theme was, "Go for Celestial Gold". It is supposed to be the road of life leading to Heaven. The cake as cheesecake cream with raspberry whitechocolate filing... Thanks Jamie for the recipe!

The cake at the top was a Rock and Roll cake for a Thirteen Year Old boy! Thanks again Jamie for the idea of what in the world to make for a Teenage boy!

I added a twist to my high heel cake for a little girl party. I dusted the shoes and cake with an edible glitter.

The Fleur De Le Cookies were for a Cub Scout Blue and Gold Dinner. The pirates were for my son's birthday.

Not the best pictures, but you get the idea. I let the kids "help" with both batches, hence the finger prints and smudges.

Kung Fu Panda

This cake was for a three year old boy's birthday. I made the expression on his face lopsided so it would not look like an ordinary panda. He is saying skadoosh! :) I then used he colors of the fabulous five... ok so I have seen this movie too many times.

High Heel Glamour Cake

This cake was for an all woment party. The theme was, "My Favorite Things." What better than shoes! The cake was lemon cream with a tangy cream cheese filling.

The present cake is always fun. This one has a crazy loopy bow. The cake is chocolate fudge with oreo cream filling... Yum!
